Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your cushions in their original original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; we will track the shipment and notify you once it arrives at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Replacement

  After a quick quality inspection, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your new replacement cushions within 3-5 business days.
